Classic Neapolitan cuisine is a culinary art that deserves to be handed down.
Together with our chefs from La Cucina del Tramonto d’Oro restaurant we inaugurated one of the first classic Campania region cooking schools in Praiano. Our desire is to give the possibility to other good food lovers to prepare, for themselves and their guests, the best of the Neapolitan culinary tradition.
Our teaching methodology is focused on play and fun because cooking is a serious matter for us.
Who is the cooking class for?
The Tramonto d’Oro Cooking School is suitable for everyone, adults and very young people and does not require any special preparation. Here you learn by keeping your hands in the dough.
The only indispensable requirement: the passion for traditional Neapolitan cuisine.
Who are the teachers
The chefs of the La Cucina del Tramonto d’Oro restaurant will take turns teaching ancient recipes and cooking techniques of classic Campania cuisine. Great cooking professionals with years of experience and study.
Where it takes place and how long it lasts
The cooking class is held in the kitchen of La Cucina del Tramonto d’Oro restaurant in Praiano. Participants are provided with everything they need to cook: utensils, ingredients and lots of smiles.
Each course lasts 3 hours.
How to register
Each cooking class has a maximum number of 6 participants. Those who wish to register can book at the reception of Tramonto d’Oro hotel. The dates of the courses are agreed with the students.
