Our history
La Cucina del Tramonto d’Oro restaurant in Praiano was born from the Esposito family’s passion for Mediterranean cuisine. A well-known family on the Amalfi Coast that for three generations has shared with its guests the love for the flavors and culinary traditions of Campania region.
Cooking school
Our cooking school comes from the strong desire to share the old recipes of the Neapolitan gastronomic tradition with other good food lovers to avoid that they will be lost.
Cooking techniques and preparation of ancient recipes will be taught directly by our professional chefs.
