dans une casserole saupoudr\u00e9e de gros sel pendant environ une heure.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Dans une casserole, dorer l'oignon avec l'huile d'olive et, une fois dor\u00e9, ajouter la pur\u00e9e de tomates et cuire environ 40 minutes.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Coupez 500g de mozzarella en cubes.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Prenez les aubergines, pressez-les pour enlever l'exc\u00e8s d'eau, farinez-les et faites-les frire dans l'huile de p\u00e9pins \u00e0 175 \u00b0 C.
