","harina"],"ptb_ricetta_procedimento":"<ul>\r\n \t<li>Despu\u00e9s de limpiar las berenjenas, c\u00f3rtelas verticalmente a un grosor de aproximadamente \u00bd cent\u00edmetro y col\u00f3quelas en una sart\u00e9n espolvoreada con sal gruesa durante aproximadamente una hora.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>En una sart\u00e9n, dore la cebolla con aceite de oliva y, una vez dorada, agregue el pur\u00e9 de tomate y cocine por unos 40 minutos.\r\n\u2022 Cortar 500 g de mozzarella en cubos.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Coger las berenjenas, exprimirlas para quitarles el exceso de agua, enharinarlas y fre\u00edrlas en aceite de semillas a 175 \u00b0 C.
